No Exchange & No Return
All sales at Fashion Corner are final. We do not offer exchanges, returns or refunds once an order has been delivered, including for change of mind, size or colour preference.
Many of our pieces are prepared on pre-order especially for you, so please check the size, fabric details and photos carefully before placing your order. If you need help choosing a size, message us on WhatsApp before ordering.
Damaged or Wrong Item
If your parcel arrives damaged or defective, or you receive the wrong item, we will replace it. To be eligible:
- Check your parcel at the time of delivery.
- Contact us on WhatsApp at +92 302 6948392 within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos or a video of the issue.
- The item must be unused and unwashed, with all original packaging and tags.
Once we verify the issue, we will arrange a replacement of the same item at no extra cost. If the same item is no longer available, we will offer an alternative of equal value.
